For any of you Final Fantasy XV fishing fiends out there, you would be wondering where and how you can catch the biggest fish in the game?
Being someone who has spent a stupid number of hours fishing in this game I have been able to catch a few huge whopping sized fish over the past several weeks including this one, which you can see in the video below. Now, not long after I caught this whale I managed to land another one slightly bigger so I have put a screen shot at the end of the video to show you my current record.
So far from what I have seen this is one of the biggest, if not the biggest fish caught so far in Final Fantasy XV, although I am sure someone out there has out done me by now.
At the beginning of the video you will be able to see the reel, rod, line and lure used to land this fish with, which is called a ‘Murk Grouper’, to give you a better idea of the equipment you should try to have before taking on this beast.
This video will also show you how to position your lure, bait the fish in, and how to slowly but surely reel it in without the line snapping.
There are two ways to get these fish to start appearing for you at the Galdin Quay. The first is to follow the quest line given to you at the fishing spot just south of the Chocobo Farm, and the other is by progressing your fishing skills with Noctis.
