One of the biggest games this console generation is undoubtedly The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Yet it’s important to keep in mind that the series of games began in 2007, with the release of The Witcher, which later became The Witcher: Enhanced Edition. From there, we then got 2011’s The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. Finally, in 2015, the trilogy was concluded with The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt. Even now, the franchise isn’t done, with GWENT: The Witcher Card Game in open beta right now. CD Projekt Red is helping fans celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Witcher franchise with this heartwarming new video. Do be advised, there are very mild spoilers if you haven’t finished the game.

As an absolutely massive fan of the series, both the books and the games, this video definitely brings a tear to my eye. These games have all been fantastic experiences. I don’t know if we’ll ever get another installment however, even if we don’t, it’s been one incredible journey. For now, I find solace in waiting for The Witcher TV show.
