Major Nelson has just revealed the free games Xbox players will be getting through October.
In his post, Major Nelson, revealed that Super Mega Basketball: Extra Innings and The Escapists will be heading to the Xbox One.
On Xbox 360, there is MX vs. ATV: Reflex and the gritty I am Alive. Don’t forget that means there are four titles on the Xbox One (two Xbox One titles and two via backwards compatibility from the Xbox 360) and two titles for Xbox 360 players.
You have unlimited access to these games for the duration that you keep an Xbox Live Gold subscription active.
Here is some more information on the titles that will be available during the month of October for Xbox Live Gold members:
On Xbox One there are:
Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings ($19.99) will be available through the month of October.
The Escapists ($19.99) will be available from October 16th through to November 15th.
Below are the titles that are for both Xbox One and Xbox 360:
MX vs. ATV: Reflex ($29.99) is available from October 1st until October 15th.

I am Alive ($14.99) will be available from October 16th through to October 31st.
For Xbox gamers that is a possible total savings of $84.96 worth of new games if you decide to install each title available in October.
Don’t forget, you still have to ability to claim your free titles for the Xbox One via the website even if you don’t own the console yet. You can secure your free license for the game so that when you upgrade in the future you have these titles sitting there ready for installation.
