How To: Fix error ‘Delta’ in The Division and get back on those servers

Ever since the last patch rollout for The Division arrived players are reporting that they are more frequently encountering an error that prevents them from logging onto the severs:

Error: The Division servers are not available if this time. Please try again later – DELTA 20010186.

The development team are aware of this issue and are working on a permanent fix for it, however that doesn’t really help you in the meantime.

A temporary fix has been identified though which will hopefully see you retuning to the Dark Zone before the blizzards set in.

Follow these steps:

1) Start up The Division.

2) Instead of logging in to your main character, create a new character.

3) Log in to said alternate character for a bit, then log out of the game (Y on Xbox One, triangle on PS4, G on PC)

4) Log back in to the main character again and see if that fixes the issue.

If that still doesn’t work for you, please contact The Division’s customer support via www.support.ubi.com
