Microsoft’s removing the dongle.
Microsoft has revealed Windows PC’s will no longer need a wireless dongle for an Xbox One controller. Lenovo will be the first PC manufacturer to include built support for an Xbox One controller starting with it’s new IdeaCentre Y710 Cube. Microsoft says more PC manufacturers will add support in the future.
