Never underestimate BioWare’s ability to put together a hype-worthy trailer. With Mass Effect Andromeda less than two months away, BioWare has released a cinematic trailer to show off some of Ryder’s companions as well as a couple teases into the main plot. The whole trailer has a strong Star Trek vibe, making it awfully difficult not to get excited.

And if that wasn’t enough, Bioware also unveiled another Andromeda Initiative video that shows off the crew as well as Ryder’s father!

It seems that BioWare is intent on spoiling us with information as that March 21st release date draws nearer. It’s unclear whether or not the story will be as straightforward as the trailer makes it appear, but there’s still plenty to like about the footage. Ryder is giving off Nathan Drake vibes, which is no bad thing. This crew looks to offer a fresh set of personalities that’ll keep this adventure feeling like a fresh start to another potential trilogy.
