A new Injustice 2 Trailer has been released. This one focuses on Supergirl and her role in the war between an imperialistic Superman and Batman, leader of the resistance. We get a glimpse of her background as she and Superman evacuate Krypton. In addition, her impressive abilities may even shape the course of events in the game. As you can see from the footage shown, she’s more than capable of matching her cousin blow for blow.

Definitely an incredible visual spectacle, not to mention NetherRealm Studios’ trademark phenomenal combat. The war between the different heroes threatens to tear the entire world apart, piece by piece. Fortunately, we aren’t waiting for the game too much longer. Currently, Injustice 2 is scheduled to release on May 16th, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
