While it was announced several months ago that Phantom Dust Remaster was being worked on by Code Mystics, we really haven’t heard much about it since. That changed just yesterday, when Phil Spencer, the Head of Xbox, tweeted out this:

“Having Fun Today”
Some interesting things we can take away from this tweet. Given that he’s playing a build right now, development should be coming along nicely. It also appears that the Xbox One version is running at 30 frames-per-second, though it’s possible that’s just for this build. I never played the original Phantom Dust, so I’ll probably pick this up if it’s at a decent price. Hopefully we’ll see more footage and a release date announcement soon. Whenever it launches, it will be available on Xbox One and Windows 10 as a part of Xbox Play Anywhere.
