Prey is definitely a game that I – as well as many, many others – are looking forward to no end. So far the info and videos released for it look absolutely fantastic, and today a teaser trailer showing the gameplay has been released by Bethesda Softworks. Take a look for yourself.
The trailer for Prey opens to show the protagonist (Morgan) walking through a semi-frozen corridor where you pick up the awesome looking “GLOO Cannon” from some poor sap who clearly didn’t know how to use it properly, (surely otherwise he’d be alive and kicking…) only for Morgan to absolutely wreck a few Typhon aliens by freezing them, then obliterating them with heat.
This then follows the amazing and pretty comical way in which you can transform into other objects – this one being a mug – to get to places you wouldn’t normally be able to.
The trailer ends with an external shot of Talos I, and without a doubt, Prey already looks like a must have purchase for 2017. Speaking of 2017, so far that is all the release date we have, but it will be available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
