The Resident Evil movies have been going for quite some time now – 14 years to be precise, with the same star in Milla Jovovich – which is actually an impressive feat for a standard film franchise, let alone a video-game film franchise – of which Resident Evil can rightly feel superior to all others. However, with the impending release coming in December of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (the 6th in the series), it’s pretty safe to say that this franchise will be coming to a close. Check out the second international trailer below.
The trailer is full of high-intensity action and a lot of fatalistic talk, and with the scene of the trailer looking particularly intriguing – I’d love to see how that will fit in with the remainder of the movie. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is released in theaters on December 16, 2016.
