Spartan Companies will allow you to create your own group of warriors in Halo 5: Guardians.
Basically if you think of this in terms of the Clan based system, Spartan Companies are designed to untie players together to expand on the team play aspect of Halo.
If you sign up or join a Spartan Company now you will receive a free REQ pack with the guarantee that it will contain at least one customization item. You will then be able to start customizing your Spartan on the spot via Halo Waypoint.
Your ‘company’ will be able to have up to 99 members in it with you, and you will have the ability to customize your companies appearance with colors, emblems, banners and more.
