Halo Waypoint advises that there is a new free update available today for Halo 5: Guardians that adds the long awaited classic Big Team Battle multiplayer mode to the game. The “The Battle of Shadow and Light” update adds four new maps on which two teams of eight Spartans can clash it out. Those maps are:
- Deadlock
- Basin
- Guillotine
- Recurve
The new update also brings 48 REQ packs, new Shinobi and Tracer Armor sets, weapons, vehicles, and assassinations to the REQ acquisitions. Check out the infographic below for the full list of additions to Halo 5: Guardians:
