GDC 2016 is now well underway with a lot of huge announcements already being made, such as the introduction of a Cross-Play Network enabling developers to design games that can be cross-played over Xbox One, PC and PS4.
Epic Games have used the GDC floor to reveal their new sizzle reel for the Unreal Engine 4 middleware, showcasing a lot of highly anticipated games releasing in 2016/2017.
Just watching this trailer really emphasizes how far we have come graphically in the games industry over the past few years with games like Paragon, Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts III standing out as some of the some stunning games ever created.
