A new project appears to be in the pipeline from the developer of the punishing zelda-like Binding of Isaac titles. According to Edmund McMillen, the creative lead on the Isaac games, the new title is unrelated to the Binding of Isaac and looks to be a platformer taking place inside a cylinder that is constantly rotating. Speaking to Eurogamer, McMillen went on to state “All I can say is I think most would describe it as a Mega Man / Isaac-like, but a platformer with really tight controls.” If it’s half as difficult as his previous efforts, gamers are in for a tough time.
The still untitled project is said to be a sure release for PC and that console versions are a “big possibility” although at this early stage there are no guarantees.
