Diablo fans rejoice, Blizzard are advertising for a Game Director via their website for a currently unannounced project who will “lead the Diablo series into the future.” This follows the departure of Diablo III Game Director, Jay Wilson who has decided to leave the gaming industry completely.
The advertisement doesn’t fully reveal if the new project is new DLC for Diablo III, if it could potentially be Diablo IV, or if it is some kind of spin-off.
There are also Senior Concept Artist, Senior Character Artist, Senior Animator and more all advertised for this Unannounced Diablo Project which would suggest that this is going to be a standalone game and not DLC.
