I mean, yeah OK, seriously though…but yeah. I get the distinct feeling that Activision could have saved themselves an absolute fortune, and instead of going through the effort of making Infinite Warfare, they could have just released Modern Warfare Remastered. And to be honest, I think a lot of people would have been happier. I mean this image kind of tells it better than I could…
Anyway, as the video above shows, Modern Warfare Remastered looks slick, smooth, and almost like a brand-new game. The mission that YouTuber Drift0r got to play was the epic opening mission (excluding the training tutorial), Crew Expendable, where the SAS team headed by Captain Price had to secure some sensitive cargo on a ship in the Bering Strait. Dynamic lighting, smoke and even water features like the drops of water on the gun are all intricate and beautiful additions that will really make Modern Warfare Remastered one of the most anticipated games of Autumn 2016.
