Game Informer revealed that during it’s 2017 earnings call, Take-Two announced that the console editions of XCOM 2 will be delayed for a few more weeks. The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions were set to release on September 6th but will now both launch on September 27th.
Delays are never ideal but in today’s gaming landscape the are often welcome. Hopefully the added wait will result in more time for polish and a bug free experience once XCOM 2 is in consumers hands.
