Humble Bundle have put up a fantastic GameMaker bundle over there, and I’m truly excited about it. Previous purchasers of the deal have sung the praises of GameMaker, and said that it’s pretty much a no-brainer if games design is at all up your street. Although, even if it’s not, there are a ton of great games included, such as: Uncanny Valley, Cook, Serve, Delicious! and INK
You can get all this from as little as you like, as it’s a Pay What You Want deal. However, pay a little more, and you can add modules to the GameMaker Studio Pro programme, get more games like Home and Solstice, and download source codes for the games in order to edit and mod as you like. As my buddy says, it’s a no-brainer.
Humble Bundle have also got a fantastic mobile games deal, yet again Pay What You Want, and it includes Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider II, Last Horizon and Cloud Chasers. A little extra gets you Space Grunts, Cosmonautica, Always Sometimes Monsters and Shooting Stars! More games are set to be added, but it’s safe to say that it’s worth it. This deal is for Android users only, and the system requirements are here, but if you’ve got the hardware, all you need is about $5 (£3.75), and you’re set for months!
