A sequel to the well received fencing title, Nidhogg, has been announced by developer Messhof on their homepage. Nidhogg 2 will feature all the crazy, sword-stabby action of it’s predecessor but with a greater variety of weapons, more levels and a brand new, very unique aesthetic. Additionally, a bevy of screens is also available for perusal on the Nidhogg homepage. Nidhogg 2 is due on PC in 2017 and according to Messhof, “maybe some other platforms”. The original showed up on PS4 so perhaps console versions are a chance sometime in the future.
