Respawn Entertainment have some fantastic news for fans of their giant robot combat game, Titanfall 2, which will be available for play very soon. The developer has announced that those who purchase the game are not only getting all the day one content but also anything new that is released in the future including maps, modes and more! No season pass will be needed or even available!
This is quite a surprising move from Respawn, especially when you consider that many other AAA titles are moving in the opposite direction, offering loads of paid DLC that many players feel should have been included with the base game or microtransactions which are controversial at the best of times and at worst, downright despised by much of the community.
It may be a surprising move but it’s certainly a welcome one and it’s bound to garner Respawn and Titanfall 2 alot of grateful fans. For a quick look at some Titan crunching action, check out a trailer for the game below:
