Prey (2017) was revealed at Bethesda’s E3 2016 Press Conference with a strange cinematic trailer, and now we’re seeing gameplay. The recent trailer showcases the game’s protagonist, Morgan Yu. In an effort to make the game enjoyable for everyone, Arkane has provided the ability to choose the protagonist’s gender. Check it out below.
According to Arkane, in a statement made in the video’s description, “While this choice won’t change the story or how you interact with the world – because Morgan Yu is Morgan Yu, and he or she will be defined by the choices you make – it’s yet another way that Arkane is saying yes to the player.”
The trailer also showcases the mysterious creatures that will serve as your enemy in Prey. They vary from strange electric beasts, minuscule shadowy critters, and a humanoid manifestation of darkness. This game will surely not be for the faint of heart.
