Tim Miller Leaves Deadpool 2 Over Conflict With Ryan Reynolds

Don't go toe-to-toe with the Pool.

Uh oh.

The director of Deadpool, and planned director of the sequel, Tim Miller, has called it quits. According to Deadline, Tim Miller left Deadpool 2 after a “series of creative differences” with Deadpool himself, Ryan Reynolds.

This can’t end well. Deadpool was a hilarious film and Reynolds was amazing as the man himself, but he didn’t make the film, Miller did. Reynolds was funny, but he was just good at delivering on the jokes created by Miller.

After the immense success of Deadpool, I’m sure Fox won’t pick just anyone as a replacement. We probably shouldn’t be too worried, but it is sad to see Miller go.

I hope that both Reynolds and Miller were peaceful towards each other; Deadpool, raunchy as it was, made a lot of people happy. It’d be a shame to learn the people making it all happen were unhappy.
