Lego City Undercover Coming to Consoles and PC in Early 2017

WB Games have announced on Twitter that their WiiU exclusive title from a few years ago, Lego City Undercover, will be exclusive no longer and will release on consoles and PCs everywhere in early 2017. Fans of the prolific Lego games franchise will be able to grab Lego City Undercover on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Steam and even Nintendo’s upcoming Switch. Apparently, the developer plans for this latest foray into the Lego world to be a launch title for the much anticipated Nintendo platform.

Lego City Undercover follows the adventures of undercover detective Chase McCain, who must foil the plans of the villainous Rex Fury and his cronies. Featuring an expansive open world and many vehicles to try, the title has been described as the closest we will get to a Lego version of Grand Theft Auto sans all the guns, gangsters and mayhem.
