Although the initial critical reviews haven’t been strong by any means, there’s still plenty to get excited about with the Assassin’s Creed movie. The excitement mainly stems from director Justin Kurzel, Michael Fassbender, and the strong supporting cast. Now that the movie comes out tomorrow, Ubisoft and 20th Century Fox have released a clip titled “Father’s Blade” and it hints at the relationship between Jeremy Irons and Michael Fassbender’s Callum character:
Although the Abstergo focus may not end up being everyone’s favorite parts of the AC games, the movie will hopefully utilize it so that this can be an actually-worthy franchise starter for a franchise worth continuing.
