Monster Hunter: World
Prepare for a not-so-average hunting trip

One of the major Japanese games revealed at E3 2017 was Capcom’s Monster Hunter: World. If you were excited then, you’re sure to enjoy this new trailer revealed during the 2017 Tokyo Game Show.

You can watch the trailer here:

Pretty exciting stuff. The Monster Hunter games have a long history of crazy creature designs and epic scale, none of which appears to have been lost in the making of this latest entry. It’ll be interesting to see how this game takes advantage of the latest in gaming hardware, as it’s confirmed to be getting PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X support.

That’s not all though. If you pre-order any edition of the game, you’ll get some special bonuses. These take the form of the Origin armor set and Wind Charm bracelet. This applies to the Standard, Digital Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of the game. To learn more about the game, be sure to visit the official website here.

While we knew this title was coming sometime in 2018, we now know that Monster Hunter: World will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26th, 2018. A Windows PC version is in development however, it will not be ready to launch alongside the console versions.
