Ever since E3 2017 Xbox fans have been excitedly waiting for more news on the multiplayer hit title PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS. Today, we finally have some answers and can excitedly confirm that PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is coming to Xbox One on December 12th, 2017. This news was announced during a livestream before being confirmed on Xbox Wire.

Here’s the Twitter confirmation:

December 12th will mark the launch of the game via the Xbox Preview Program. It will be available to purchase both digitally and at retail for $29.99 USD. This will coincide with the launch of version 1.0 on Steam. Development will continue for both platforms, with slight differences in updates due to the nature of said platforms.

Now that PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is coming to Xbox One really soon, I’m definitely excited and eager to start playing with all my friends. Hopefully the console version rollout is smooth and launch-issue free.
