Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite – Latest trailer shows off Captain America

Marvel vs Capcom is a fighting franchise that has been going a lot longer that you might think. The first iteration coming in 1996 with X-Men vs Street Fighter with the first full Marvel vs Capcom game coming in 1998 with Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. These first releases were arcade titles with the first console game coming in 2011 on the PS3 with Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.

Enough of the history, more about the future. Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite will be coming next year and was first revealed over the weekend at Sony’s PlayStation Experience and since then an extended version of the trailer shown then has been released showing off 2 more characters. Check it out below.

Whilst the original trailer showed off Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Ryu and Mega Man X but the extended trailer released yesterday also shows off Captain America and Morrigan.

This looks like it’s going to be an absolutely barnstorming fighting game, and will surely make a lot of people happy in 2017. Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, although revealed at the PlayStation Experience will be available on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
