The issues with accessing digital content on Xbox Live and making purchases in the Marketplace have now been resolved.

If you have recently made a purchase on Xbox Live and cannot currently access it, there is a very simple explanation as to why. Xbox Live is currently experiencing a variety of issues with the most problematic one being that players are unable to access their digital content.

According to Xbox Support, “the proper teams are aware” and are on the job, hopefully meaning that this issue will be resolved momentarily – fingers crossed for those of you who have been counting down to the launch of Mass Effect: Andromeda.
