This year E3 2017 Opens to the Public!

E3 2017 Games

For years, many gamers hoped for a chance to get into E3, however it was always closed to the public. As of today, that has changed. The ESA, or Entertainment Software Association, announced today that a limited quantity of tickets will be available for purchase to the general public. It will be very interesting to see how this changes the dynamics of E3.

Here’s the official video:

15,000 tickets are going to be available. These passes will be $250, however there will be a $150 special for “early birds”. I imagine these aren’t going to last long, so if you’re interested you should begin making plans ASAP. You can find the official website here. While there aren’t many details, that will probably be fixed over the upcoming weekend. Hopefully we’ll get more information soon. While there is a list of official vendors, the ESA notes that the list is not final, as discussions with developers and publishers are ongoing.
