Turtle Rock Studios and 2K have revealed that Evolve has been removed from Steam and has re-launched as Evolve Stage 2.
Evolve has been overhauled with new game design, gameplay mechanics and improved gameplay balance and system performance. While the game takes on an upgrade it will also be completely free now on PC via Steam in Beta.
Don’t worry console players, Evolve will become a free-to-play game on consoles too according to the Evolve Official Twitter.
Once we get through the Beta period on PC we'll be launching on all Platforms for free.
