Microsoft acquiring Activision Blizzard

A shocking announcement on Monday that Microsoft will be purchasing Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion dollars.

Activision Blizzard is famously home to the Call of Duty series as well as Overwatch, Diablo, World of Warcraft, and StarCraft. Included in the deal is the mobile smash hit Candy Crush.

Recently, Activision Blizzard has been seeing a departure of talent due to toxic working conditions.

*UPDATE* According to Xbox Wire, Microsoft will be adding new and existing Activision Blizzard titles to Xbox Game Pass AND PC Game Pass. This also extends the library of games available for their Cloud Gaming service as well.
