On Twitter this morning it has been confirmed by Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb that the Xbox One S 1TB and 500GB systems will arrive on August 23rd.

Both systems are currently available for preorder and look to come with either Madden or Halo 5. It states on Larry Hryb’s blog that prices are starting at $299 and at select participating retailers. It does not look like they there will be an additional cost for the games bundled in.
This is good news to hear because there has been some speculation as to how long Microsoft would be waiting until they release the other memory sizes. Gamers looking to upgrade who have external hard-drives already now only have to wait until the end of the August to get their console of choice.
