The Division 2 Recalibration Library Aid

Recalibration Library

The latest update to The Division 2, has introduced the new recalibration library. The idea behind this library is instead of holding onto multiple items that have stats or talents on them that you might want to roll onto other items, you can now strip that stat (attribute or core attributes) or talent off that piece and place it in your library. Once its in your library you can use it over and over again to recalibrate as many items as you like.

I think it’s a great new mechanic, however one that is proving to be very time consuming. Once you library is full of talents and max roll stats you won’t have to bother with saving items to strip, but until then you will spend a LOT of time at the recalibration station checking to see if anything you have in your inventory is better than what you’ve stripped and stored.

Once easy way to tell if you have already stored an attribute or if it is higher than the one you have on a item in your inventory, is to look for little arrows under the stat. These indicate if the stat you have in your library is better than, or less than the one you’ve just picked up.

You can see from the above image that I didn’t have either of these attributes saved in my library. If I did, the arrow would be further along underneath the attribute showing what percentage/number the stored item is.

To help you keep track of everything, and to save time having to travel back to the library constantly before you can clear out your inventory, we have created the below library aid.

Simply tick the talents you have stored already, and write in the stats for the attributes and core attributes that you have already stored. You can now see at a glance what you need to improve on.
