Developer, Level-5, announced today during their livestream event from Japan that the new Professor Layton game will in-fact star his daughter, Kat, and be titled Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy. The title is scheduled to launch next year for Nintendo 3DS, Android, and IOS devices. The just released Japanese trailer is below:

Professor Layton is a popular handheld series which debuted in 2007. The series involves riddle and puzzle solving with an overarching storyline that develops as the player makes progress. The last time we saw Layton and his companions was in 2014 in the title Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney.
